Sugar cravings? No problem, I got you covered! It was one of those moments when your body is aching for sweets so badly, but your brain is telling you not to give in. And thank God I did not give in cause otherwise I would have never discovered this little piece of heaven in a cup! And I am not even joking about this, it's so good it should be illegal how good it is! I promise you you will end up craving this more than chocolate once you try it! Okay, maybe not, chocolate is chocolate haha, but it's very close! Here's the recipe: - 1/2 cup of regular oats - 1 Greek yoghurt (mine was flavoured vanilla) - frozen berries - 1 spoon of peanut butter Mix it all up and that's the whole magic! If you want it to taste more like ice-cream use frozen berries, if not, use the regular ones. I was so hungry I couldn't wait for berries to defrost so I ended up putting them in frozen, but not a single regret - to me it even tastes better like that! Bon appetit! :) |
